Hi there, I’m Gaia,
a NASM-certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach.
I started at a gym where I led over 200 group training sessions, and later decided to work independently with 1:1 clients, offering bootcamps and engaging live classes.
My main goal is simple:
I want to help you fall in love with movement.
Through my coaching, I aim to provide you with the knowledge and tools to take care of your body, your temple, with confidence, so that movement and health become something you enjoy and choose for yourself.
