You're right on time; it's storytime.
It was monsoon time in Thailand. If I close my eyes, I can still hear the heavy raindrops outside the little bamboo hut I was taking my CPT exam in. My heart beating fast, I answered all my questions, took a very deep breath, and opened the door to let my fiancé in. There he was, waiting with a piece of carrot cake (something very special at the time, as our budget was unimaginably low). With a gentle smile on his face, he said that if I passed, it would be a happy cake; if not, he hoped it would bring me comfort. After a nervous period of waiting, a little blue pop-up on my screen indicated that the results were in. To my purest delight, I found myself being a certified personal trainer. It's a happy cake.
To me, movement always feels like a big thank you to a body that gives so much every single day. To guide others to find this love for movement is an honor to me and a ton of fun! I love constantly learning and growing my knowledge and life experience. And now it feels just right to share my passion for heath with you.
